Wooden Cheese Knife
This is a beautiful, strong and robust wooden cheese knife. Made in one piece from Teak, it has been hand sanded five times to make it smooth and comfortable to hold and use.
Ideal for spreading soft cheeses, butter, spreads, condiments, or avocado.
The knife is 20 cm's long, and the blade is 3.5 cm's wide
There are no chemicals or lacquers or colour dyes used in making the spatula, it is 100 % food safe
Handwash only and make sure it dries before storing it away. Oil with a food safe oil as needed. Dry after washing and leave in a dry place. Oiling will make the grain darker over time Do not soak; wood is porous and will soak up water which may cause the wood to crack when it dries. Do not store in direct sunlight as this may cause warping and discolouration.
Note each item is individually made, so grains in the wood will vary from piece to piece
