- Where is my 10% sign up discount?

We offer a signup discount code when customers sign up to receive our marketing emails. You will be emailed a code to enter at check out,please check your spam if it doesn’t come through shortly. This code does not automatically apply at checkout and can only be issued once against each customer's account. It’s not redeemable on sale items or with any other promotion.
- The product I want is out of stock?

Sorry about that. Please email us at paul@yompai.com letting us know you want one and we will send you details of when we expect them back in. We will also email you once the product is back in stock.
- Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes you can. As long as your order hasn’t already been packed and shipped, just send us an email and we will be happy to help you
sort it out. - When will my order ship?

We aim to have your order packed and booked on the courier in one working day.
Most orders will be picked up the next day.
However we live in Gisborne, so there is only one pick up a day, and sometimes they don't make it, so it can be a couple of days waiting for the courier to pick them up. We will email you to let you know there is a delay.
