For anyone wanting sustainable, non plastic, non toxic kitchen utensils, this is ideal for your kitchen and table.

Each of our spatulas is lovingly handcrafted from sustainably harvested Teak wood. Each one is made in a small village in Northern Thailand. 

This beautifully made spatula measures 23 cm's in length and 6.5 cm's across the head. It is an ideal size for small pans and dishes. If you cook small omelettes, fillets of fish, even scrambled eggs, this is excellent. It is even great at serving foods like slices of cheesecake, or cake.

Because Teak wood is very hard all of our wooden spatulas are strong and durable and do not splinter or crack along the edge like plastic, meaning they can be used safely with non-stick pans and woks and cast iron dishes.  Our wooden spatulas are all handcrafted by expert craftsmen, high quality utensils for your kitchen.

Each spatula  is individually made by members of a small village. You can see the love and care that has gone into each, how they have spent time making the wood perfectly smooth by hand sanding 5 separate times, in the way that the grain in the wood has been brought to the fore. 

It is ideal for cooking, and would make a fabulous gift for those who love being in the kitchen. The spatula has a slightly rounded edge on its blade.

There are no lacquers used, it was not chemically treated, nor was it colour dyed, making the spatula 100 % food safe. Because Teak wood does not transmit heat, the spatula will not burn your hands

Handwash only and you can re-oil periodically with a food safe oil.
