• One piece: The plates are made from one piece of wood, except for the larger platters. The 30 cm and 35 cm platters are made from two pieces and glued together due to the size of the platters.

• Handwash only.
• Dry thoroughly after washing.
• Store in a dry place, away from direct sunlight.
• Oil with food-safe oil as needed.
