Welcome to our Australian customers! To ensure our handmade woodcraft arrives safely, we offer a flat $35 NZD shipping rate on all orders over $80 NZD. Feel free to mix and match individual items to reach the minimum!

Tracked Delivery: Every order is sent via a tracked international courier service, so you can follow your woodcraft from our workshop to your door.
Why the $80 Minimum?
We sell high quality wooden kitchen ware and homeware, all crafted in small artisanal villages. Because many of our products are long and narrow and the international courier costs are high, and we sell individually created products that take time we have set a flat rate for shipping and a minimum order value of $80. We encourage you to mix and match—perhaps a set of spatulas, a handcrafted bowl, and a ladle—to reach the $80 minimum and build your own custom Yompai collection.
Delivery Times
Most Australian orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days once they leave our workshop. Please allow an extra 1-2 days for us to hand-pack your items with the protection they need for their journey.
Duties & Customs
Good news! Under current regulations, most orders under $1,000 AUD sent from New Zealand to Australia do not incur additional import duties or hidden customs taxes. The price you see at our checkout is typically all you will need to pay to get your items home.
