No Salt

I am not sure why but for the last two weeks there has been no salt in the supermarkets where I live. I am not sure why, it is certainly something not in short supply, maybe it was a packaging issue

Salt is not something I eat a lot of, I tend not to put it in cooking or on foods. But I do use it twice a day as a salt mouth wash for my gums, on the advice of my dental hygienist.  That has been great for my gums ever since I started doing that.

However we use it, salt and spices are a big part of our diets and daily lives. Our small salt and spice spoons are a great way to measure out or dispense salt or spices. They are handcrafted, made from Teak so very hard and durable and can sit in your salt pig or spice jar without any effect on the spoon, just needs a wipe with a damp cloth from time to time. The best bit is they are completely plastic free, a great way to take plastic out of your kitchen and cupboards.
